In EXCALIBUR apple orchards lots of samples were taken this autumn

Samples for DNA analysis were prepared, nematodes extracted, earthworms collected and untouched soil containing arthropods

The raw inoculum of Trichoderma harzianum was obtained at the National Institute of Horticultural Research. Once processed, the inoculum will be ready for storage for several months at room temperature or for application.
